On Thursday, April 7, the conference will start, where specialists from the construction industry will discuss the subtleties of the development of the longest underwater tunnel in Poland. The whole event will be accessible online.
The conference named “Improving the transport connection between the islands of Uznam and Wolin in Świnoujście – Construction of the Tunnel under Świną” is coordinated by the Świnoujście City Hall and the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians. The Ministry of Infrastructure and the Marshal of the Westpomeranian Region took the occasion under the privileged support of the event.
The timetable of the first day of the conference includes incidental speeches, during which delegates of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways will appear. In a few basic speeches, you will be able to listen to the Deputy Mayor of Świnoujście, Barbara Michalska.
The problem speeches were separated into two meetings. Every one of them will be gone to by representatives of the PORR/Gülermak organization, for example, the constructors of the project, a representative of the Sweco/Lafrentz organizations that supervise the project, as well as managers of chosen development divisions. All of the speakers will discuss their experiences while dealing with the development of the tunnel under Świną. A visit to the building site is arranged for Friday when the two-day occasion will also end.
