On 7th May 2021, a 1800 t Matador 3 floating crane uplifted the tunnel boring machine, Ursula, off site at Chambers Wharf for her upcoming journey by sea to Rotterdam.

Ursula has fulfilled its 7.6km underground journey from Battersea to Bermondsey for the Thames Tideway Tunnel in London, UK. The Joint Venture comprising of Costain Group PLC, Vinci Construction Grands Projets and Bachy Soletanche is the contractor for this project.
Six tunnel boring machines have been constructing the 25km Super Sewer beneath the River Thames to stop millions of tonnes of sewage overflow.

TBM Selina – Currently still tunnelling toward Abbey Mills Pumping Station from Bermondsey
TBM Ursula – Completed her journey from Battersea to Bermondsey
TBM Millicent – Completed her journey from Battersea to Fulham
TBM Rachel – Completed her journey from Fulham to Acton
Connection Tunnels:
TBM Annie – Currently tunnelling toward Bermondsey from Greenwich Pumping
TBM Charlotte – Completed the connection tunnel in Wandsworth
