Senceive Bought By Eddyfi/NDT

Eddyfi/NDT, a Canadian industrial technology company, has announced the acquisition of Senceive Ltd, a London-based company that specializes in the design, manufacturing, and continuous development of wireless condition monitoring technology for civil engineering applications. Senceive will become an independent company under Eddyfi/NDT and will continue to run under the Senceive brand.

Martin Theriault, CEO of Eddyfi/NDT recently said: “With the acquisition of Senceive, we are taking our first steps in infrastructure monitoring, a critical, dynamic and huge market powered by innovation and technological advances. The timing is perfect to increase focus on this sector – with the global pandemic clearly demonstrating the need to reduce site visits by using wireless remote monitoring solutions.” He further adds: “We see a great synergy between the test and inspection expertise within our business and the longer-term condition monitoring capability of Senceive”.

Furthermore, Senceive CEO, Graham Smith, said “Joining Eddyfi/NDT is an extremely exciting opportunity for everyone at Senceive, which will help us provide our users around the world with more innovation, new products and even better support”.
