Based in England, Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland, applications are now open for Farrans Construction’s graduate program next year.
Providing applicants with the experience and knowledge to fast track their career in construction, quantity surveying and civil engineering, Farrans Foundation is a two-year graduate program and has intakes in June and September next year, whereas it is a blend of classroom-based learning and on-site experience.
Additionally, including several undergraduate placement opportunities in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, quality and IT, high performers are offered bursaries to support their final year study and they will have the offer of full-time employment once they have graduated, which is due to automatically enrol them in Farrans Foundation two-year graduate program.
According to Farrans managing director Dominic Lavery: ” The construction and civil engineering industry offered a choice of roles. Our graduate programme is designed to provide an overview of all the responsibilities which come together to deliver world-class projects. Our aim is to support you to gain practical skills alongside project management and leadership skills. This will provide a strong base to look ahead to chartership.”
