Online knowledge Centre starts up by Sika

Sika, which is a building product manufacturer, has launched the Knowledge Centre. This is an eLearning platform designed, in order to assist construction specialists to enhance their skills and keep their information on the latest developments updated, innovations and regulatory requirements relating to a wide range of construction materials.

Several learning modules and resources are included in this Knowledge Centre, that is offered as an intuitive, easy-to-navigate online platform. Sika states it has provided content based on its global experience of areas spanning waterproofing, concrete repair, sealing and bonding.

The process is: registering and accessing to modules relating to various products and sectors, following completing the modules the user’s profile is updated accordingly, providing a record of their ongoing learning. Accessing to an extent of live and on-demand webinars and training presentations, e-learning modules, how-to videos, and hybrid training across areas which include waterproofing, refurbishment and concrete repairs, is also the services of this package for its users.

The existent Modules at launching time are: Total Corrosion Management, Fibre Reinforced Concrete, and Fully Bonded Waterproofing Membranes. Further modules will be added in the coming months.

Any one from all over the world and with any device can access to the Sika Knowledge Centre.
