Prosperous end of FAMA’s 2021 Convention on “Women of Success”. The first stage of this convention was presenting the Company’s activities and update on the current world situation and then it was the turn of the women from the tunneling sector to share their experiences. The successful women who were attended this event and had a lecture around their working experiences within the Italian engineering company, included: Ludovica Pizzarotti, engineer of TUNN3L JV spoke from Copenhagen, and Karina Paola Liberman, Quality Manager of CMC Ravenna, Argentina Branch, from Argentina; the guest of honor, Giovanna Cassani, technical director of Rocksoil.
The closing of this event was accompanied by speeches from two women from local politics and they reminded everyone that FAMA’s women represent 74% of the staff in positions across the board and at all levels.
