The current year’s New Civil Engineer Tunneling Awards entries closed on 26 August.
At the moment celebrating their 12th year, the awards feature 15 categories under the four headings of Industry Initiatives; Innovations; People and Teams; and Projects. The latter comprises Tunneling Project of the Year in three categories – up to US$50m; between US$50 and US$500m; and over US$500m.
The determined date for announcing the winners is 7 December at a gala dinner at the Tunneling Festival 2022 in London.
A day of debate, case studies and updates on future projects, will be the contents of fifth annual Tunneling Festival.
