Provision for STUVA’s First Post-Lockdown Meeting

STUVA Conference 2021 Announcement

The 24-26 November is determined date for opening the Germany-based tunnel conference and trade fair, STUVA, that is due to be held this year in Karlsruhe, hence this conference will be one of the first in-person tunnel events to take place after the lockdown.

According to STUVA’s report after four weeks from commencing the preparation process for the trade fair, the number of registered exhibitors is more than 147 and the estimated quantity of tunnel-sector professionals for attending in this event is more than 3,000.

Creating opportunities for instituting and intensifying the international industry contacts for all participants, exhibitors and visitors, are the advantages of this conference and expo. Visiting the trade fair is free of charge.

The common program of the STUVA conference will be presenting a lively and diverse program of technical papers among many subjects such as cavern construction, mechanized tunneling, refurbishment, health and safety, sustainability, BIM, and difficult ground conditions. Numerous major international projects are going to be presented, such as Cross River Rail, Brisbane; New Dresden-Prague line; Brenner Base Tunnel; and the extension of Berne RBS Station.
