Calling enthusiasts to participate in a tender that has been announced for the environmental engineering services (phases 31 to 33) for the preparation of the Preliminary Environmental Report (REP), the Environmental Impact Report (RIE), and the Detailed Development Plan procedure (PAP) for the new double-track line between Morges and Perroy, tunnel included.
