Grand Paris Express – Preparing another TBM

As the first for the Bobigny–Champigny Centre section of the project, the third TBM for its Grand Paris Express Line 15 East contract has been received by the Corea consortium, led by Eiffage.

This Herrenknecht machine, which passed its FAT in previous week, is due to arrive on site in Bobigny, at the Normandie Niémen structure, early next year, wheras scheduled date fo commencing its southward excavation, tunneling just over 5km towards the Marcel Dassault ancillary structure, north of Rosny Bois-Perrier station is spring 2026.

In total, four TBMs are planned for the contract.

The consortium includes Demathieu Bard, Setec, and Arcadis.
