With Respect To Participation In Future Tenders For The Execution Of Infra #1 Works Of The Tel Aviv Metropolitan Metro Lines
1.NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. (“NTA“), through its tender committee (“Tender Committee“), hereby invites entities from the private sector, both domestic and international, to participate in a pre-qualification process with respect to participation in future tenders for the design and execution of Infra#1 works as part of the first stage of the Tel Aviv metropolitan metro lines.
- The pre-qualification process includes professional and financial threshold requirements that participants must meet, all as specified in the pre-qualification documents.
3.Without derogating from its other rights and prerogatives specified in the pre-qualification documents, the Tender Committee reserves the right to amend the threshold requirements.
4.The pre-qualification documents will be available for review and download, free of charge, at: www.nta.co.il. Participants are required to regularly check the website for updates, modifications, changes in schedules and deadlines, amendments or clarifications published during the pre-qualification process.
5.Requests for clarifications regarding this pre‑qualification process and documents may be submitted in writing only to the following email address:ntapqinfra1@nta.co.il, no later than March 5th, 2026, and in accordance with the instructions and requirements detailed in the pre-qualification documents.
6.The Pre-Qualification submission date is April 29th, 2026, at 14:00. Pre-qualification submissions shall be submitted to the allocated tender box to be placed in NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System offices, Building A, at number 26 Harokmim St. Holon, Israel.
- This notice contains general and preliminary information only. Further details regarding the pre-qualification process and the binding terms thereof are specified in the pre-qualification documents. The Tender Committee reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and timelines of the pre-qualification process, all as detailed in the pre-qualification documents. In case of any discrepancy between this notice and the pre-qualification documents, the provisions of the pre-qualification documents shall prevail.
