As a leading international manufacturer and supplier of formwork and scaffolding systems, which is located in Weissenhorn, PERI Vertrieb Deutschland GmbH & Co, a subsidiary of PERI SE<\/a> has acquired Implenia<\/a>‘s formwork business, Implenia Schalungsbau.<\/p>\n

Referring to effort to focus on its defined core portfolio and implement an asset-light strategy, Implenia says it is concentrating on integrated construction and real estate services in Switzerland and Germany, as well as on tunneling and related infrastructure projects in other markets.<\/p>\n

One of the exportations of Implenia Schalungsbau is in smart services and complete solutions for formwork. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile PERI is extending its current offering in engineering and special formwork by taking over the company and its 46 employees, whereas this acquisition also delivers the capacity expansion PERI needs in the face of healthy orders from the infrastructure and building construction sectors. <\/p>\n
