{"id":9410,"date":"2022-12-12T06:37:13","date_gmt":"2022-12-12T06:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tunnelingworld.com\/?p=9410"},"modified":"2022-12-12T06:37:13","modified_gmt":"2022-12-12T06:37:13","slug":"2tdk-what-follows-a-tunnel-breakthrough","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tunnelingworld.com\/?p=9410","title":{"rendered":"What Follows a Tunnel Breakthrough?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As 2TDK reported, over 13 kilometres of tunnel pipes are being excavated currently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently, they celebrated the breakthrough of the shortest tunnel on the route, and the work is far from completion with the breakthrough.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Many more works are required before the railway tracks installation in the tunnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The work continues with the construction of the secondary lining of the tunnel, after completing the tunnel excavation and support.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was split into several sub-phases; construction of the cast concrete floor vault with a formed central drainage channel, construction of longitudinal foundations, implementation of the tunnel waterproofing and drainage system, construction of the inner vault, design of installation kinetics and filling concrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This will complete the work in the tunnels under the contracts for the main construction works.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Part 3 will be carried out as part of a different contract.
