The final escalator is said to be installed by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These escalators take more than 120 hours to install, vary from 19 meters to 38.5 meters long and weigh between 10.5 and 19.5 tons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eight additional escalators will be installed at the Pitt Street Station north site over the coming months. However, the fa\u00e7ade and fit-out of the south site structure will continue into the new year. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Totally, 117 precast fa\u00e7ade panels are being installed at the south site \u2013 weighing from 1.7 tons to 11 tons each.
