While the longest of them has 4.8km (3 miles) in length, the 136km (85-mile) route includes five tunnels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Additionally, delivery of the final design of the railway is <a href=\"https:\/\/aecom.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AECOM<\/a>&#8216;s responsibility, whereas the Skanska-WW Clyde Joint Venture is due to building the railway, excluding the tunnels.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin: auto;\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Uinta-Basin-Railway-Map.jpg\" alt=\"Uinta Basin Railway Map\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presenting the first common-carrier railway for north-eastern Utah\u2019s Uinta Basin, this project will serve mineral, energy, agricultural, construction, and manufacturing industries in the region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As the largest new railway construction project in the US since the 1970s, the founding date of this project is 2018 by the Seven County Infrastructure Coalition.
