According to the announcement of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)<\/a>, which is currently active on the long-awaited HRBT expansion, it is preparing to receive the tunnel boring machine for the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT) Expansion<\/a> Project.<\/p>\n
