The ITACET Foundation, the ITA-CET Committee and ITA are delighted to declare that a monthly Online Lecture Series will begin in February 2021!<\/p>\n
They will hold short lectures on various subjects every 2nd Tuesday of the month with the goal of bringing all those in the field up to date with new innovations and innovations and offering training on relevant subjects. They want to make tunnelling and underground space education open to everyone and feel that this is a way of achieving that by online training.<\/p>\n
The ITACET Foundation, the ITA-CET Committee and the ITA are collectively organizing the series. It will put together top experts from the working groups and commissions of the ITA, as well as members of the industry and project owners.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday 9 February, the first session will be on the subject of “From rock mechanics to drilling and blasting” with a clear time for questions and answers. The session is about 1 hour long and starts at 13:00 CET time. A talk by an ITA lecturer, case studies and a dedicated Q&A and discussion session will be included!<\/p>\n
Following this, there will be lectures on building contracts and health & safety on Tuesday 9 March and Tuesday 13 April, respectively.<\/p>\n
