It also declared that its 2020 AGM (annual general meeting) will happen virtually on 6th November 2020 at 12.00 noon (Eastern Standard Time).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nRescheduling the TAC 2020 Toronto event means that the virtual annual general meeting will be the vehicle for proclaiming the winners of TAC\u2019s 2020 achievement awards and scholarship. It will also see the appointment of the 2021 Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nIt has been recommended by the TAC Nominating Committee that all existing officer and director terms will be continued by one year to mitigate the effects of Covid-19 on association business and to make sure that continuity is reflected in the organization of TAC 2020-One Toronto. Previously, the mentioned proposal had gained majority support from members so will be comprised on the annual general meeting agenda for ratification.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nIn addition, the annual TAC awards dinner has been rescheduled for next year.
