As reported, totally three bidders containing two consortiums and Larsen &amp; Toubro have expressed interest in this project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2147 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/tunnelingworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/bulletv-traun-300x167.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"672\" height=\"374\" \/><br \/>\nThe first consortium involves IRCON International, Afcons Infrastructure and JMC Projects India while the second includes Tata Project, NCC and J Kumar Infra Projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe technical bids are for the construction and design of a 237km long section of the corridor, plus the construction of several stations.<br \/>\nThe tender comprises 47% of the total 508km alignment between Vadodara and Vapi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nSince India does not have a high-speed rail network, the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail corridor will be the first one for them.
