The Central Vista Corridor is being developed as an extension of Delhi Metro\u2019s Magenta Line and will run for 9.913km entirely underground, serving nine stations: Shivaji Stadium, Yuge Yugeen Bharat, Central Secretariat, Kartavya Bhawan, India Gate, War Memorial\u2013High Court, Baroda House, Bharat Mandapam and Indraprastha.<\/p>\n
Construction on the corridor has already started at Central Secretariat Station, which will become a three-line interchange connecting the new corridor with the existing Yellow and Violet lines.<\/p>\n
DMRC said the route will improve access to central government offices, judicial institutions, national monuments and major convention facilities in the heart of New Delhi.<\/p>\n
