The infrastructure will include road lanes in both directions, a cycleway, pedestrian access and provision for a future light rail link.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Quadrante will act as Owner\u2019s Engineer, providing technical support throughout the project, including design review, construction supervision, interface management, planning, quality control, BIM and project management.<\/p>\n<p>Construction is expected to start in 2027, with completion scheduled for 2030 and commercial operations planned for 2031.
