The work at Mary-Two-Axe-Earley (Viau) and Cesira-Parisotto (Lacordaire) stations follows the completion of vertical excavation at Verti\u00e8res and Madeleine-Parent stations in autumn last year.<\/p>\n
Excavation of Anjou Station, the fifth station on the Blue Line extension, is expected to be achieved by the end of this year.<\/p>\n
At Mary-Two-Axe-Earley Station a slipway is being constructed for the arrival of TBM Lisette. This will enable the 9.7m-diameter Herrenknecht machine to slide through the sections that have already been excavated.<\/p>\n
The TBM was launched from Verti\u00e8res Station in May to dig 4.6km of the 6km tunnel extending the Blue Line.<\/p>\n
