Involving\u00a0 \u00a321bn for the new runway and airfield infrastructure, which includes realignment of the M25; \u00a312bn for new terminal and stand capacity; and \u00a315bn for modernising the current airport through expanding Terminal 2 and ultimately closing Terminal 3, the price tag for the privately-financed investment is \u00a348bn.<\/p>\n
