The mini-competitions include a digging project, tunnel lining project, and navigation project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The winner of this year\u2019s competition, that was held from March 25-31 in Texas, was <a href=\"https:\/\/swisslooptunneling.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Swissloop Tunneling<\/a> from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology at the University of St Gallen ETH Zurich for its novel extruded tunnel liner, as the company announced on X on Monday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Swissloop Tunneling won the innovation award in both 2021 and 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2025 Not-a-Boring Competition has beem commissioned by Elon Musk\u2019s The Boring Company and currently registration is open for teams to take on the challenge to beat the snail.
