The 700m of elevated guideway extending west from the existing VCC-Clark Station, 5 km of underground tunnel, and 6 new underground stations (Great Northern Way-Emily Carr, Mount Pleasant, Broadway-City Hall , Oak-VGH, South Granville and Arbutus Station), are the contents of Project scope.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The date that TBM Elsie departed the future South Granville station was last March 5, whereas it was arrived there on 8 February.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The location that TBM Phyllis has broken through on 20 December 2023 was South Granville Station and on 2 February commenced boring for the final leg of the Broadway subway project to the future Arbutus Station at Cypress Street.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last year the TBM Elsie broke through the future Oak-VGH Station on October 28, 2023 following the TBM Phyllis arrived on October 12.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The process of routine maintenance of both TBMs was done after every section driven. The daily performance of TBMs is 18 m and the determined date for outbound and inbound tunnels to be ready for systems is next spring and summer respectively.
